Authorized Use
The MDCI LMS is provided for educational and administrative use by authorized students, faculty, staff, and approved participants. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked if use violates school policy, course rules, or these terms.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and proper use of their accounts.
- Do not share your login credentials with other users.
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
- Promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents to the school or LMS administrator.
Acceptable Conduct
When using the LMS, you agree not to:
- Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or infringing.
- Attempt to bypass permissions, interfere with platform security, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, grades, records, or systems.
- Disrupt classes, assessments, forums, or system operations through spam, malicious files, automated misuse, or harassment.
- Misrepresent your identity, academic work, or institutional role.
Academic Responsibility
Users remain responsible for the originality, accuracy, and timely submission of their academic work. Use of the LMS does not excuse plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized collaboration, or violation of classroom and institutional academic integrity rules.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property
Course modules, lectures, files, videos, quizzes, and other instructional materials available through the LMS remain the property of MDCI, the instructor, or the respective rights holder unless stated otherwise. Users may access these materials only for legitimate educational purposes and may not reproduce, redistribute, or publish them without permission.
System Availability
MDCI will make reasonable efforts to keep the LMS available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, outages, security controls, or issues involving third-party services.
Privacy and Records
Use of the LMS is also subject to the MDCI Privacy Policy. Activity within the platform, including course participation, submissions, and system logs, may be recorded for educational, administrative, and security purposes.
Enforcement
MDCI may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, account restriction, disciplinary referral, or legal reporting where warranted.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the LMS after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
